Privacy
How Franata uses website data.
Franata uses limited, privacy-focused analytics to understand whether the website is useful and which subjects prompt people to get in touch.
Website analytics
We use Umami Analytics to measure aggregate website visits. Umami does not use tracking cookies and does not store visitors’ IP addresses. It creates anonymous session information so we can understand overall website use without trying to identify individual visitors.
The information measured includes page views, referral source, general location, device and browser type, campaign links and website performance.
Actions we measure
We also count clicks on the email, LinkedIn and document-download links, together with which Franata service prompted an enquiry. This tells us which parts of the website are useful. It does not tell us whether an email was sent or reveal the contents of any message.
When you contact Franata
If you contact Franata directly, the information you provide will be used to respond to your enquiry and manage any subsequent business relationship. It will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.
